I can always speak to my gp on the phone, am seen the same day and have been offered home visits without me asking. She listens to me and is very supportive. I feel that my health matters to her. The reception staff are helpful and welcoming.

I have been with this practice for over 4 years. I have always been able to get an appointment easily. All the GP's are friendly and helpful.

The appointment system is appalling,you have wait outside the surgery in the morning which is no fun in the winter,or phone up by 8.30am and if theres a queue you still might not get one this really does need looking at.

When changing surgeries to Bromley Common Practice 4 years ago, I was immediately pleased with how helpful the receptionists were compared to previous experiences. Getting an appointment quickly is not too difficult with the open surgery in the mornings and emergency appointments at 11am. The nurse and doctors there now are all friendly, understanding and supportive. I really appreciate how good their knowledge is of my family's healthcare. The one improvement I would make would be to have more midwife appointments available. I understand this problem is not just down to the surgery, however I was left without an appointment for the 4 weeks before giving birth at either the surgery or local hospital as each told me to speak to the other as they were fully booked.
